I like it. Handy, and simple. I especially like the level 1 and 3 Fighter and Rogue powers. Simple mechanics (that may have been in use elsewhere, I'unno) to make attack rolls more enjoyable.The spell method seemed elegant as well, but I'd have to see it in play. Critical hits also seemed simple enough to be worth incorporating.
